CIEM The Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM) can be regarded the leading national economic think tank in Vietnam. FES supports CIEM in its research since 1992. The jointly published FES-CIEM "Working Papers are widely recognized by Vietnamese scholars and practitioners.

Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) Print

The cooperation between the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and FES started in 1992. It focuses on issues of social policy, social security and labor law development. Issues under discussion most recently include Vietnam´s labor law, Vietnam´s evolving labor market, pension schemes as well as MOLISA´s efforts of assessing effects of Vietnam´s WTO-accession on the economy and the labor market in particular.
